Game 2 @MIL: Hyun-jin Ryu took the mound for the Dodgers hoping to even the series against
Yu Darvish for the Brewers. L.A. struck first again in the 2nd inning on a 2 run homer from
Carlos Gonzalez. The Brewers pulled in front in the bottom of the 3rd when Stanton and Chris
Iannetta hit back to back RBI doubles to left, scoring 1 and 2.
They weren't out in front for long though, as Adam Eaton knocked in Walker in the 4th to tie
it up and Darvish walked Jose Bautista with the bases loaded to give the lead back to Los
Angeles. They turned it over to the bullpen and Joe Smith got the next 6 hitters in a row.
But he couldn't pitch forever, and Andrew Miller entered in the bottom of the 6th and gave
it up right away, serving up a home run to Brandon Belt that tied the game.
The game went into extra innings as neither team could crack the other's bullpen for a run
despite both teams getting runners into scoring position. It didn't go long though, as
Eduardo Nunez pinch hit for Aroldis Chapman and hit one out to left to end it in the 10th
and send the Brewers out west up 2-0. Chapman got 6 straight batters out for the win while
Kenley Jansen gave up the walk-off home run and took the loss.
